Nacho Coque has a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences from the University of León. He is also, basketball coach (level 3), athletic trainer (level 3) and fitness and sthength coach. He is the physical conditioning trainer of the Spanish Men’s Basketball Team since 2005. Specialist in injury rehab and strength training in team sports. He is a professor of several post-graduate courses and Master in universities such as Polytechnic University (Madrid), Universidad Europea Madrid, Universidad de León and IICEFS-G-SE. Since 2012, he has been a member of the Board of Sport of the Junta de Castilla y León and is a member of the High-Level Sports Evaluation Commission of the Castilla y León Board. In 2006 he received the Prince of Asturias Award for Sports along with the Spanish Men’s Basketball Team. He was appointed adviser to NSCA Spain in 2016.

About his workshop:
Strength training focuses on injury prevention and variations in the high performance using portable materials.
The exercises will cause sensorimotor challenges in different planes and vectors. Also they will be geared towards prevention models and this will lead to a further increase in the performance.
