Since childhood he trained and competed in contact sports, and his biggest passion is sports performance and strength training. He has a degree in Sports Science and he has been researching, studying and applying everything that encompasses high performance, with special emphasis on the field of force. In January 2013 he created Powerexplosive, where he intended to disseminate and help in these areas. His objective is to transmit information about: training, nutrition, improve your physical, improve your performanceand avoid injury in a clear and simple way for everyone, adding also their experience as an athlete and competitor in high performance.
